About Us:

Cascade Process Controls provides complete turnkey solutions to the energy industry. As a concept to commissioning, multi-discipline contractor, we provide complete detailed Engineering, Design, Automation, and PLC/DCS Programming, as well as Plant Operating, Instrument and Electrical, Fiber Optic, Boring, Powerline Construction and Maintenance Services.

Position and Location:

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator in the Phoenix, AZ area.

This is a full-time position. Applicants need to be based in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintains filing systems as assigned.
  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
  • Prepare expense statements and reconcile against statements.
  • Purchase Order reconciliation.
  • Support Accounts Receivables and Payables.
  • General bookkeeping knowledge.
  • Learn procedures required to complete work assignments.
  • Ensure timesheets, packing slips and work tickets are accurate and are submitted to the Supervisor in a timely fashion.
  • Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used in the office.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Provide support to staff when needed.
  • Enter material cost on field tickets to be charged out.
  • Review and send field tickets to customer representatives for approval.
  • Create jobs and enter rates in internal systems.
  • Data entry within customer portals.
  • Onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Minimum of 3 years administrative experience.
  • Proficient with computers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be punctual, task oriented, and very well organized.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to understand and communicate in a proper manner on email, text, and phone.
  • Relay information and questions through the proper hierarchy chain.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Compensation:

Negotiable depending on experience.

$20.00 - $25.00
