Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled cafe manager to oversee the daily operations of our new cafe and bakery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the cafe, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings are consistently delivered
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the kitchen and front-of-house operations
- Train, schedule, and motivate staff to provide excellent service
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Oversee ordering, receiving, and storage of food supplies
- Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability

Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with inventory control systems
- Understanding of hospitality management principles
- Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant/cafe setting is preferred
