Our store is open: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday thru Friday; 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday and CLOSED on Sunday.
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $13.00 - $15.00, PLUS the potential to earn an unlimited commission of 2-8% of the gross profit of all personal performance AND the potential of an additional bonus based on the overall store performance!

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Manager in Training with a minimum of six (6 ) months of Store Management experience. A Manager in Training is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the store and promoting a positive/productive environment. This position will partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop store employees, recruit and retain top talent, maximize financial goals, and manage Customer Relations / Customer Satisfaction. This position sets the tone for a customer-centric environment!
Alongside the Store Manager, this position analyzes store financial statements to ensure financial goals are met. You will be required to commit to the company's asset protection program, promote our business, and target new customer acquisitions. All employees work with a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (*in FFL locations), and much more.
This position offers an hourly wage, PLUS Managers in Training earn commission based on productivity and a bonus based on store performance! The actual pay of a successful Manager in Training will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience.

Commission Plan Information
The employee commission / store bonus incentive plan is proprietary to FirstCash. An employee has the potential to earn 2-8%, based on the gross profit of their personal performance. Active employees have six (6) possible metrics by which commissions can be earned. Additionally, employees have the potential to achieve commission payout multipliers of up to four times (4x), based on five (5) specific store metrics. Store Management Trainees can receive an additional bonus based on their overall store performance. Applicants are provided more details regarding the commission / store bonus incentive plan during the interview process.
