Field Service Technician -
- Effectively communicate with customers to provide support over the phone or in person
- provide accurate POS system information to customers
- assist with installation of POS systems on customer sites
- assist customers with basic accounting/reporting information from their POS system
- assist with training customers staff on new systems
- rotating on-call schedule
Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. Must be able to comfortably lift ~50 pounds. Hiring bonus for bilingual candidates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
