If you are looking for a place where you can have direct customer impact come look at Cash-Wa! Job Responsibilities : On a daily basis, this individual will be responsible for working in a professional team environment and performing various duties that will include but are not limited to :
- Greet visitors with a positive and helpful attitude and record in visitor log
- Assist the sales team by processing customer orders for pickup
- Take orders by telephone, enter data into ordering system
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers at the Will Call desk by assisting them over the phone and in person with Will Call pick up orders
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment; collaborate with warehouse staff to verify orders are ready for pickup
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain organized records, assist in tracking order statuses, and provide reports as needed
- Work with Vendors, Brokers and Sales Associates to optimize sales opportunities through samples and receipt of special delivery products
- Balances Will Call transactions daily and closes up front reception area Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to read and write English fluently as relates to job requirements
- At least 1 year customer service experience strongly preferred; comfortable working over the phone
- Preferred background in food service, restaurant or distribution center operation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Basic telephone, computer and data entry skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and 10 key
- Professional attitude and appearance required
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic mathematic skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand and respond to the needs of both internal and external customers
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Must be willing to work rotating Sundays Essential Functions : Constant* sitting; Constant use of arms, hands, fingers to perform desk-top duties and utilize computer;
