CCLC is looking for a Medical Administrative Assistant. Ideal candidate based in Holland, Michigan or surrounds.
Position starts out as a remote only (work from home), part time for 15-19 months and then potentially move to a front desk position with increased hours.
Responsibilities
Tasks would include answering phone calls, checking insurance eligibility, communicating with patients and medical billing team members, coordinating and assisting providers.
Qualifications
Kind, respectful and honest candidates with a high school degree, training in medical administration and medical billing knowledge needed. Candidates must be comfortable with learning computer software involved in patient scheduling and medical billing. Our patients are in the delicate postpartum period and need to be handled with extra care. Knowledge or experience in the postpartum arena a plus. Attention to detail, customer service and excellent communication skills and a must.
