Job Description: Forklift Driver

A forklift driver is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The forklift driver is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise
• Perform routine pre and post inspections on forklift equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Load and unload trucks and other vehicles
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with other duties as assigned
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a forklift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail

  Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

  Schedule: 8 hour 11am-7:30pm
