We moved into our premier 149-unit independent living, assisted living, TCU and long-term care senior health & living campus in December 2020.We are located a mere 12 miles from Ridgedale Mall, just offHwy 12 in Maple Plain.
There arePart-Time (Day & Evening & Every Other Weekend) positions available.There areFull-Time (Day) positions available.You will work a varied scheduled including every other weekend.
FT Hours:6:00 am to 2:30 pm
PT Hours:6:00 am to 2:30 pm;2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
Every Other Weekend Hours:2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
Part-Time is eligible for a $5,000 Bonus. Full-Time is eligible for a $10,000 Bonus.

- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
- Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
- Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary
- Performs additional duties as required
- Must have MN LPNLicense and be in good standing
- Prior LTC experience preferred
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team
