Visiting Angels Eugene, Lane County’s premier in-home care provider is seeking candidates for the position of Scheduler within our Operations Department. As our growth continues the need for additional resources is required. Schedulers are the pulse of our daily operations and are responsible for maintaining regular contact with both valued clients and caregivers. They are the first contact for any client scheduling, caregiver requests, changes in availability, and play a key role in problem solving when issues arise. Responsibilities include:

* Filling all scheduling requests from clients and caregivers
* Acting as a liaison between care staff and other management
* Keeping caregiver availability and qualifications up to date
* Direct supervision of any and all schedule- related activity
* Providing on-call support on rotating basis (bonus pay included)

Applicants should exhibit energy, enthusiasm and ability to communicate well verbally. Candidates should have a positive attitude, be able to focus and multi-task as well as the ability to think strategically. Experience with solution driven call taking, collaborative abilities and demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards preferred. Position benefits include:
