R&W Distributors, a division of Cast-Crete USA, is a busy, fast-paced organization with a small, open office environment where customer service is our top priority. All office employees help to answer the phones and provide customer service as needed. Each position has its own direct responsibilities but due to the nature of our business, we are all very much involved in each other’s daily work and work together well as a team.

Our Accounts Receivable employee is responsible for keeping our receivable accounts paid up to date. We do a soft collection approach, and this employee needs to be personable and enjoy working with our customers. Managing our potential Notice to Owner invoices requires an employee who is detail oriented, organized, and able to apply appropriate discretion based on the customer’s past payment history.

Overall, our Accounts Receivable position functions more as an administrative and customer service role versus an accounting role. This employee needs to be a self-starter who is adept at prioritizing responsibilities and following through to completion prior to deadline. There is a considerable amount of paper handling, and excellent organizational skills are a must.

Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Assembling deposits and submitting them to our corporate location
• Managing our accounts receivable and keeping our customer accounts current
• Pulling credit information for potential new accounts
• Processing Notice to Owner/Notice to Contractor forms where needed
• Handling Release of Liens
• Answering phones and taking material orders from customers
• Misc office work ie. filing, research, etc.

Applicant should have a minimum of 2 years accounts receivable, or collection experience and construction industry background is a plus.

The position’s hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with an hour lunch break. The position is paid hourly at 40 hours a week. Vacation time and benefits apply.
