You will track daily performance metrics, analyze recent campaign effectiveness, and prepare summary reports. Additionally, you will monitor ongoing campaigns and review competitor activities using tools like BrightEdge, HubSpot, and social media monitors. This role focuses mainly on data analysis, performance tracking, campaign optimization, and reporting.Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and advise on conversion performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (strong Excel skills) and Google Analytics
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strategic mindset

- Travel 2 to 3 times per year
- Potential exposure to caustic, corrosive chemicals or bio-hazardous samples exists when in a laboratory area.
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
