We are looking to hire Front desk / insurance coordinator for a start up orthodontic office. She needs to be able to help in the back and the front, go getter, smiling , energetic and multitask

- Excellent communication and organization skills

- the ability to multi task with string attention to details

-good computer skills as the office is paperless

-able to establish rapport with patients and a team player

- ideal candidates has minimum two years of experience in front desk /insurance verification duties.

Responsibilities:

• Managing patient schedule
• Patient phone calls
• Communicating with other dental offices
• Insurance verification/ collection
• General office duties
• keep the office clean and organized
• Can or learn to help in the back
