What you will do :

• Serve as the manager on duty and lead the salesfloor and oversee the salesfloor and the associate team.
• Drive sales. All the time. If you want a non-selling job, this isn’t it. This is a selling position.
• Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a professional environment.
• Provide a terrific engagement experience to our customers on a consistent basis.

Why You Will Love It :

• Great starting hourly wage of $19.00 per hour depending on experience, location, and previous experience.
• Full time employees earn .8 hours of vacation for every 40 hours worked, up to 40 hours of vacation time per year. Increases with length of service.
• All employees earn paid sick time based on hours worked at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked. Up to 52 hours per year.

In Seattle, up to 56 hours per year.

Requirements :

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person and via e-mail and telephone.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and / or pull up to 50 pounds and stand / move for entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and / or twist and safely climb up / down a ladder.
