The new patient intake specialist is both the initial point of contact for those seeking our services and the bridge converting leads into new patients. This position is dynamic in that it requires marketing and patient satisfaction phone calls, completing in-person intakes, collecting and entering billing information, and overflow support of front desk reception. The right individual for this job is professional and organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a talent for multitaskingResponsibilities, and great opportunity for commission and bonuses.

Appointment setting and sales:

- Between 40-80 outbound marketing calls will be made per day depending on lead volume and balance with in-person appointments and other duties.

Complete in-person Androgen Deficiency in Aging Males (ADAM) evaluations, Androgen Deficiency in Aging Women (ADAW) evaluations, and in-person weight loss evaluations.

- Conduct initial consultations with patients to gather necessary information and assess their needs.
- Coordinate with providers to onboard new patients, ensuring a smooth transition into our clinic.
- Collaborate with medical assistants to ensure the initial patient visit is seamless and all necessary paperwork and tests are completed.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any patient concerns or questions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in hormone optimization.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using computer software and electronic medical record systems.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of hormone optimization is preferred.
