Anago of Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus, a leader in professional commercial cleaning services since 2005, has an immediate full-time opening for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the Northern Cincinnati & Greater Dayton area. Due to a rapidly expanding client base, we are seeking an individual who can contribute to our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Weekly and monthly inspections of client accounts

Handle client requests and issues

Franchise support and continued training

Build and maintain customer relations

Effective communication skills

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and traits in order to perform the job:

Bilingual: Strong Spanish speaking skills required

Be detail oriented

Be punctual

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks

Ability to conduct training classes

Valid driver’s license

Ability to use application software (Microsoft Office and web browsing,) and Anago software

Ability to communicate with franchisees and customers respectively
