As a Mental Health clinician at Cataldo Community Residential, you will be

• Working alongside our MHP to create goals and implement strategies to ensure we are providing our residents with the best possible care
• Scheduling appointments with outside agencies that collaborate with the residents care plan
• Developing activities to assist the resident in social skills development in the facility and in the community
• Assisting residents with SSI applications
• Complete and update resident safety assessments
• Assist residents with payee applications
• Update resident binders annually
• Complete a weekly note for all residents
• Attend resident mental health appointments as needed
• Attend meetings with the care team
• Assisting in the assessment, review, and plan implementation of negotiated care plans
• Maintaining positive and professional relationships with community agencies, clients, and families

Skills & Qualifications

· Prefer 2-years' experience working with adults with mental and or behavioral issues

· Minimum of two years’ experience working in healthcare setting, preferably within the Mental Health community

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Social Health Sciences or related area of study, working towards Masters degree

· Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the US

· Must pass a Washington State Background Check

Preferred Credentials & Certificates

· CPR/First Aid

· Dementia Specialty Certificate

· Mental Health Specialty Certificate

· Developmental Disabilities Specialty Certificate

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
