Mental Health Professional
As an Mental Health Professional, you will be;
· Some duties may include, but are not limited to:
· Writing and implementing care plans
· Writing and implementing behavior support plans
· Providing on-site training to caregivers regarding behavior support plans and interactions with residents
· Working with an in-house nurse, manager, and directors to ensure wrap-around supports
· Participating in regular meetings with outside mental health providers and clinicians
· Creating activity calendars and schedules for residents

· $75000- $80000 annually

Skills & Qualifications
· Ability to stand and walk for several hours at a time
· Ability to lift 30 pounds
Requirements
· Master’s degree in social health sciences or related area of study
· Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
· Must pass a Washington State Background Check
· Prefer 2-years’ experience working with adults with mental and or behavioral issues
Preferred Credentials & Certificates
· CPR/First Aid
· Blood Borne Pathogens
· Washington State Food Worker Card
· Dementia Specialty Certificate
· Mental Health Specialty Certificate
· Developmental Disabilities Specialty Certificate
All other required training will be provided by the facility
