The Financial Analyst - FP&A role will be responsible for providing FP&A support to Catalent leadership. The Financial Analyst - FP&A will report to the Manager of FP&A. The Role: Lead the assembly and communication of the overall financial story starting at the division and/or segment level Lead the consolidation of the Segment results and prepare corresponding presentation materials for monthly review cadence with Senior and Executive Leadership (CFO, OpMech, etc.) Maintain visibility and communicate to leadership ongoing risks and opportunities that impact financial performance Support annual Budget and Strategic Plan process Proactively identify, analyze, and present financial data to business leaders to help drive key decision making and actions Support the financial integration of existing and future M&A into Catalent processes and mechanisms Perform Ad-Hoc Financial and Operational Analysis Other duties as assigned The Candidate: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or other relevant field required Other relevant certifications (CPA, CMA, FPAC, etc.) are a plus 1 years of progressive experience in a public/private organization minimum Experience using Excel for Financial Analysis and Modeling Additional analysis experience (PowerBI, Tableau, Business Objects) are a plus Why You Should Join Catalent: Opportunity to impact and help build a growing early talent organization Potential for career growth within an expanding team Diverse, inclusive culture 152 hours of PTO 8 Paid Holidays Catalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!
