If you have previous experience in sales and can lead a sales team well, Konecranes is interested in you to fill our Regional Sales Manager role. Konecranes is the world’s largest when it comes to manufacturing and servicing overhead industrial cranes and we rely heavily on our District Agreement Sales Manager to keep our sales team on top. The District Agreement Sales Manager will monitor credit controls, maintain information on key competitors and their activities, and maximize Konecranes strategies. This individual will need to use their skills to develop a marketing/ sales plan that can be implemented to ensure the success of our budget objectives. Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years experience managing a sales team - service related sales or operations
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Well-developed "people skills
  • A basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; PC skills.

Principal Responsibilities Include:

  • Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional talent.
  • Direct and manage the sales efforts of the existing sales staff.
  • Oversee and train all branch and territory personnel on the CRM tool
  • Administer the target marketing programs and determine the sales strategies for specific accounts.
  • Oversee, collect and report on the Key Account activity reports.
  • Responsible for overseeing, collecting and reporting on the Business Review activities and the results.
  • Submittal of a monthly Rush Report.
  • New Agreement Business Development/ Target Development Account: A list of target accounts may be provided or developed by the representative to make offers/calls/visits in pursuit of new agreement business opportunities.
  • Renewal of Agreements: Manage renewal of assigned accounts
