GENERAL SUMMARY

Catalyst Creative is on the search for an incredible Production Assistant. We need people that are agile, have a “whatever it takes” attitude, and partner with internal teams to make incredible things happen. You must be a collaborative individual contributor without an ego, hands on, and “not my job” and “not in my job description” should never be spoken – it’s all hands-on deck here, and we all work hard!

Position reports into the Production Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter all purchase orders into ERP with direction from Production Team
• Make updates to order details including cost and date revisions
• Track all shipments from factory including compiling all shipping documents
• Reviewing packing lists against purchase orders and verifying information
• Reviewing and approving all invoices
• Daily tracking of ETA’s for all programs and updating information in system after goods exit factory
• Pre-Receiving assistance as needed
• Assist Order Management and Production team with data entry tasks as needed

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Full Circle experience preferred but other ERP experience acceptable
• 1 year of experience in purchase order/data entry or logistics experience
• Data Entry experience
• Detail Oriented
• Excel experience a plus
• Exceptionally organized with strong time management and multi-tasking ability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
