Our woman-owned and B-Corp Certified law practice seeks a full-time Client Relations Assistant to join our growing team! Ideal for an extrovert, this role serves as the initial point of contact for prospective and active clients.
You’ll do well in this position if you thrive on supporting others while maintaining attention to detail. In this role, you will manage new client onboarding and data entry, schedule and manage client appointments and internal calendars, and interact with clients daily, to make sure they feel seen and heard.
Our small and collaborative team works hard for clients and finds joy in working with each other. Prior customer service experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping and supporting others are a must!
Compensation : $25 - $29 hourly
