We are currently looking to add to our team here in Boston for JCW! This is an exciting opportunity to join an energetic group of Recruiters with a common goal of providing top-tier talent for our clients. You would sit within our Life Sciences team (Catalyst Life Sciences), a leading staffing agency specializing in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare industries.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and passionate about the Life Sciences space.
Responsibilities:
- Build out new clients and manage accounts
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source top-tier candidates for a diverse range of seniority and technical roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years experience in sales, ideally Pharmaceutical
