Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design of project management processes and budget planning.
- Attend planning meetings and project status meetings.
- Assist with developing and maintaining the project plan by producing summary status reports, issuing monthly projections, and change orders, change proposals/pricing for both the owner and the subcontractor(s), creating/monitoring pay applications and cash flow to manage the budget.
- Assist with development all project administration, correspondence, letters etc.
- Maintain a complete understanding of job contract and contract documents.
- Coordinate delivery of material and supplies to job sites.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction and good prospects for future business.
- Coordinate and ensure smooth operation of multiple projects from start to finish.
- Ability to work independently.
- A bachelor's in a field related to the hiring industry may be preferred
- 1-5 years of proven and successful experience in the hiring industry
- Verifiable leadership experience and capabilities, with past successful project execution
- Ability and desire to work collaborative to ensure successful project execution.
- Working knowledge of necessary industry-related tools
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively.
