We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and oversee the upkeep of our facilities, equipment, and machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective maintenance programs, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring our operational assets' overall reliability and efficiency.
Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance activities with overall business objectives.

2. Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled maintenance technicians.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

3. Preventive Maintenance:

• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce the risk of unexpected failures.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of preventive maintenance efforts.

4. Troubleshooting and Repairs:

• Lead the diagnosis and resolution of equipment malfunctions, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain efficient processes for responding to breakdowns and emergencies.

5. Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Provide regular financial reports and justification for maintenance-related expenditures.

6. Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and promote a safety-first culture within the maintenance team.

7. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Stay informed about advancements in maintenance technologies and recommend upgrades or modifications.

8. Vendor and Contractor Management:

• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.

9. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance best practices and relevant technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
