What You’ll Do:
As the PMO Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our operations by developing, implementing, and maintaining project management methodologies, tools, and standards. You'll monitor, support, and report on our entire project portfolio and directly manage select strategic cross-functional projects.

  • Lead and Innovate: Establish and maintain project management methods, tools, and standards to ensure our projects are managed efficiently.
  • Portfolio Oversight: Oversee our entire project portfolio, manage priorities, and regularly report progress and barriers to senior leadership.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Future Planning: Maintain a pipeline of future projects and address resource constraints to align with corporate strategy.
  • Mentorship: Supervise, mentor, train, and guide functional project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Leverage lessons learned from past projects and external resources to continuously improve our project management methods.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 7 years of relevant work experience in project management, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. A Master’s degree and PMP certification are a plus.
  • Skills: Extensive experience in creating and leading strategic cross-functional projects. Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project and Smartsheets.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to build credibility with various departmental teams and senior executives.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
