Title: Customer Care and Operations Support Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX office onsite all shifts
Part-Time: 2 shifts available; we are seeking 2 different people for these roles
Catapult Health (Addison area) is in the business of empowering individuals to improve their health. We do this through next generation preventive health checkups. Everyone on our team plays a critical part in delivering upon our mission. To be specific, our Customer Care and Operations Support Specialists resolve patient inquiries through email, text and phone calls and perform high volume data entry of health information. In addition, they support our teams onsite and in the office to facilitate patient's vritual and onsite appointment experiences.
Additional Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age or over.
Position hours are shared above.
