This is a hybrid role: 2-3 days/week in the office.

The client is looking for a Senior CRM Analyst.

Required Skills:

Set the foundation for how application should measure impact of mobile channels - Push and SMS in particular - building measurement and attribution mechanisms in line with industry best practices, helping drive their adoption throughout the organization, and overseeing their implementation.

Define and articulate data or functionality requirements (business & technical requirements, conduct user acceptance testing and align on overall output) to enhance In-Product Notifications, SMS and Push programs, closely partnering with Product teams to ensure their proper and timely implementation.

Carry out channel level and campaign level analysis, supporting CRM marketers in result and test share outs by drafting key insights and recommendations, and making performance presentations that are both actionable and solutions-driven.

Be a thought leader in the way we approach omni channel performance, measurement and strategy.

Closely partner with CRM Analytics team, providing detailed input into test and measurement plans and ensuring share-outs and data pulls are closely anchored to campaign strategic objectives.

Dive into complex data sets to analyze trends, identify opportunities and quantify the potential value of new initiatives & channels. Audit assess how mobile marketing channel strategy connects to product experiences with a view to help identify gaps and improve the customer experience.

Design multivariate tests, synthesizing results and building frameworks to make scaling decisions.
