The Marketing Web Developer is responsible for web development for public websites, various marketing projects, and the digital marketing tech stack. Participates as a technical expert and utilizes thorough knowledge of full-stack development to execute marketing initiatives. Assists in managing a variety of online touchpoints and contributes to projects ranging from the design and execution of new pages to the integrations of marketing software systems.
You Want To:The ability to grow your career and evolve as a Marketing Web Developer in a large enterprise environment.Be a part of a highly collaborative, humble team that celebrates shared success, provides exceptional customer service to their user population, and is committed to the development of others in their charge.To work in a high-speed environment, that is not a pressure cooker and allows you to do really cool things while maintaining a great work-life balance.You Will:Provide quality and innovation in the creation and delivery of online applications that ensure excellent member service and sound data security.Supports the Digital Marketing Leadership in the management of the marketing tech stack and web-based properties in support of organizational goals.Resolve online performance issues including troubleshooting, code review, and debugging.Build multi-platform landing pages and other touchpoints in conjunction with internal and external resources.Performs complex HTML and CSS updates as needed.Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.Take ownership of managing all aspects of web development projects.Act as a technical resource for SaaS platforms in the marketing stack, such as implementing or troubleshooting API connections.Identify the most effective ways to integrate the website into campaigns to measure results, including tags, pixels, UTM's, and SDK's.Serve as the web consultant for the department, providing educated recommendations, updates, problem-solving ideas, and quality assessments.Understand and articulate the overall vision of the marketing data stack to convert requirements into technical architecture or implementable design.You Have:A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, a related field or commensurate professional work experience.Minimum of three years of similar or related experience.Direct work experience with Kentico CMS (or other Enterprise CMS tools), marketing automation platforms, and web analytics.Experience developing and maintaining custom solutions that span multiple platforms.Expertise in developing websites using .NET (ASP.NET), C#, MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML.Experience in writing code in text-based editors.Experience developing and deploying websites using IIS and Azure.Understanding of Source Control best practices and well-versed with Git or SVN.Experience working with and configuring CI/CD tools.Knowledge of SQL and SQL Server Management Studio.Experience with API development and integrations.Experience researching, analyzing, and solving complex problems.The ability to communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing.A demonstrated ability to plan and organize multiple tasks and projects.US Citizenship and can complete a Criminal Background, Credit, and DMV Check.
