Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry & Customer Service representative. In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and updated customer data while providing exceptional customer service. Pay Range$17.00 - $29.00 hourly Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our database
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Compile and generate reports on customer data and performance metrics
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and organizing documents
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Basic knowledge of architecture and planning principles
