Responsibilities:? Cook menu items assigned to station
? Pay attention to special requests and dietary restrictions
? Ensure dishes meet quality standards and adhere to recipes
? Assists sous chefs and head chef in the kitchen
? Disposes spoiled food and other waste material
? Maintains cleanliness and ensures that the kitchen is compliant with health and safety regulations
? Reports any issues with kitchen equipment to management
?Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
? Ability to execute assigned tasks with precision and speed in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
? Effective communication skills
? Handling multiple tasks efficiently in a high pressure environment
? A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role
? Ability to maintain a clean and organized work station
