Our ideal candidate:
We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator who has a passion for the environment, is ready and willing to learn, and is an assertive self-starter. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and experience in scheduling/dispatch or project management/coordination. A positive, detail-oriented, team player is a must.
Please note: This can be a hybrid role after the initial probationary period is complete. Applicants should be prepared to work in-person in the office a minimum of 3 days a week. 
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master service schedule to achieve business goals.
• Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize productivity and efficiency. Assign personnel and equipment to projects based on availability, skills, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment of schedules and resources.
• Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, or other operational challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Monitor project progress and performance. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to ensure adherence to project scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Administer job-completion paperwork, including generation of maintenance certificates and service reports, and oversee the sending of completion paperwork to our customers.
• Evaluate current scheduling procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling.
• Perform field service work during training and intermittently thereafter to become an expert in stormwater system maintenance and enable accurate scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Undergraduate degree is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in scheduling/dispatch, project management/coordination, or field service operations is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong history of success in previous roles
• Goal motivated
