Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team to help support us with cases. The ideal candidate will be committed to making a difference in the lives of children and their families, employing evidence-based practices to assess and treat behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with speech and occupational therapists to integrate goals
- Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other staff
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or educational setting
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for working with children and their families
