The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with Sales and Customers to provide information on products, order status and resolve complaints. Our client offers excellent benefits, a family-oriented culture and room for growth.
*Hybrid work schedule. Must be able to be onsite a minimum of 3 days/week*
Responsibilities:
- Take orders via phone, fax or email
- Order Entry
- Order tracking/expediting as needed
- Maintain customer pricing
- Resolve customer complaints
- Provide information about products to sales or customers
Qualifications:
- 1 year prior administrative or customer service experience.
- Prior customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- ERP experience a plus.
