Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic Cathedral Stone Products production team as a Production Floor Support for Mortars and Grouts mixing; as well as Coatings and Paints Mixing. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations on the manufacturing floor by providing support to production lines and mixing processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with various production tasks, including material handling, equipment setup, product mixing and packaging assembly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Monitor production lines for potential issues and report them to supervisors promptly.
  • Assist with quality control inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Perform basic housekeeping duties to keep the production floor functioning efficiently.
  • Be a team player and collaborate effectively with production personnel.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior manufacturing and warehouse experience a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
