Join our amazing team! Catholic Charities North Dakota is seeking a full time Adoption Worker in the AASK (Adults Adopting Special Kids) program for our Fargo office. Responsibilities of the AASK Adoption Specialist include:

• Working with several child welfare entities (Human Service Zones, Tribes, Children and Family Services, Other States, etc.) to collaborate and facilitate adoptions for children in foster care
• Completing child assessments and engaging children in adoption preparation activities
• Conducting thorough home assessments on families adopting from foster care
• Completing necessary paperwork processes in a timely and efficient manner
• Must have strong communication, engagement, and organizational skills

Licensure/Education: Must have four-year degree with a ND Social Work License (LBSW) and experience working with children and families
