Catholic Charities of Louisville is Hiring a Data Management Specialist Near Louisville, KY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Evaluates and makes recommendations on processes and methods to ensure that the Refugee Cash Assistance program is in compliance with the guidelines created by the Kentucky Office for Refugees.
- Updates forms and procedures to maintain compliance with programmatic changes.
- Documents and records all services related to the Cash Assistance programs through online databases, spreadsheets, and physical files and periodically review documentation for errors.
- Enters new client information into the Client Track database.
- Reports to work regularly and on time.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate’s Degree required.
- Two years of experience in data entry and/or database management preferred.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to those who are able to perform the essential duties of the job.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and be willing to use personal vehicle in driving to various locations within the service area.
- Must have proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- The incumbent must be able to maintain the confidentiality of any information she/he encounters.
