Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is one of New Jersey’s largest non-profit social service agencies with programs and facilities serving Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties.

We are currently seeking a Per Diem Clinical Supervisor to join our Family Resource Center located in Jersey City, NJ. The purpose of the Family Resource Center is to reduce incidents of child abuse and neglect, to support family reunification and to strengthen families referred by DYFS in Hudson County.

Job Duties:

• The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision to program staff, overseeing clinical services provided by program staff and maintaining accountability for the professional standards within the program
• Tracks implementation and effectiveness of interventions and ensures all documentation meets best practice standards and other regulatory compliance requirements
• Assists in developing policies and procedures, facilitates team meetings, writes staff evaluations, reviewing all program documentation to ensure compliance with program requirements and best practice standards
• Clinical supervisor teaches and coaches staff with new interventions.

Job Requirements:

• Requires a Masters degree
• LCSW or LPC - Clinical supervision certificate if LCSW

Clinical Supervisory experience preferred.
