As the Director of Clinical Services, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: 

  • Providing for the advancement, health, welfare, safety and benefit of all people served by the agency. Promotes the achievement of the program goals as they relate to the clinical aspect of programming for residential services, and in the process assists each individual served in the residential program as they strive to achieve their maximum growth.
  • Supervising the CCDS Nursing team, Clinical Specialists and the Supervisor of Behavioral Supports. 
  • Developing, collecting, coordinating, monitoring and assessing appropriate data sources such as reports, records, policies, procedures and systems to ensure appropriate management.

Director of Clinical Services Minimum Salary: $85,000/year

Director of Clinical Services Maximum Salary: $85,000/year

Director of Clinical Services Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm *some flexibility with hours*

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Health and Human Services, Nursing, or Related Field; Valid NYS RN License required for Nursing Master’s
  • 5 years of relevant clinical experience
  • Valid NYS Driver’s license and reliable transportation
