St. Patrick Catholic School in Largo is looking for a part-time bookkeeper for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a year round position. Potential for a full-time position if combined with office manager responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

* Records all deposits, assists in billing process and process to pay vendors.

* Set up and maintain student/family accounts in FACTS

* Support principal and diocese in financial processes of the school

* Support the admissions process in regards to financial processes

* Manages all aspects of scholarship programs (enrollment, payment process, and annual audit)

* Responds to all inquiries and provides appropriate information, assistance related to school, office and program operations, activities, policies and procedures

* Inputs data as needed

* Generates communications and reports as requested

* Performs all duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Proficient with ParishSoft, FACTS and FACTS SIS

* Bilingual (English/Spanish), is preferred but not required

* One year of successful experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a school setting

* Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs

* Knowledge of and prior use of office equipment (copiers, computers, etc.)

* Excellent communication skills

* Practicing Roman Catholic preferred

* Completion and successful clearance of Level II fingerprint background screening and Safe Environment training is required
