Full-time position available. The Manager, Domestic Violence and SUD Services provides fiscal oversight and general management of MDOC contracted substance abuse clinical outpatient and prison-based treatment services by leading overall operations, quality assurance, and fund development initiatives to ensure long-term sustainability and sound fiscal stewardship. In addition, this position will offer direct clinical services. This staff member participates in community and organization-wide collaboratives and demonstrates leadership in communication, team building, and problem solving, working with CSSW management to create and implement the strategic direction, goals, and priority objectives for these services.
Requirements include but are not limited to the following:
Other requirements include, knowledge and experience working with MDOC contracted services in the area of substance abuse, three or more years of proven, significant, and successful leadership, management, knowledge, and skill related to substance abuse treatment services, and experience creating and overseeing budgets, program policies, and program reporting.
This position is eligible for a $1,250.00 welcome bonus (some restrictions apply).
Total compensation includes a comprehensive benefit plan with employer contribution, 401k retirement option, plus paid time off with paid holiday schedule that includes the week between Christmas and New Year’s.
