Overview:

We are seeking a Part Time Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail management, team leadership, and excellent communication skills. Willing to train right candidate.

Duties:

- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.

- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data, track expenses, and optimize profitability.

- Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and upper management.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail management( preferred)with a focus on sales and customer service. Willing to train the right candidate.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a team.

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prior experience as a sales.
