We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager with a solid technical background in cybersecurity to join our team at Hunters. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex technical features into compelling marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive market growth.

Responsibilities:

Product Messaging and Positioning:

  • Develop clear and compelling product messaging that differentiates Hunters' products in the market, addressing the specific pain points and needs of our target customers.
  • Create consistent positioning narratives across all product lines and update as market demands and competitive landscapes evolve.

Sales Enablement and Support:

  • Equip the sales team with necessary tools, including datasheets, competitive battle cards, case studies, white papers, and detailed product demos, ensuring they are prepared to address customer needs and overcome competitive challenges.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for sales and customer-facing teams to keep them updated on product features and market trends.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Directly lead the strategy and creation of high-quality content such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, press releases, white papers, and engaging video content that articulate the benefits of our products and enhance brand visibility.
  • Take a hands-on approach in producing compelling and technically accurate content for Hunters' marketing campaigns and website, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms and aligning with marketing objectives.
  • Ensure that all messaging is value-driven and crafted to engage prospects effectively, emphasizing the benefits and solutions provided by our products rather than solely focusing on technical features.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop a deep understanding of competitor products and strategies, providing insights to guide the roadmap and marketing tactics.

Product Launches and Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute the launch of new products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the marketing plan.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement innovative marketing campaigns, driving demand and customer engagement.

Collaboration with Product Management and Engineering:

  • Work closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams to gain in-depth knowledge of Hunters’ products and upcoming features. This collaboration ensures that all marketing content is accurate, up-to-date, and technically comprehensive.
  • Leverage insights from product experts to develop thought leadership materials that position Hunters as a leader in cybersecurity innovation. These materials will include detailed case studies, insightful white papers, and compelling blog posts that highlight our technological advancements and expertise.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that content reflects current product capabilities and future developments, helping to educate the market and set industry trends.

Demonstration and Visual Content Development:

  • Create and refine product demonstrations and video content that clearly convey the value and functionality of Hunters’ products to potential clients and partners.
