Job Description
To provide extraordinary service to all customers, provide Licensed Sales Producers with possible sales opportunities and assist in sales and office organization. Responsibilities include:
- Answer phone with a smile each time
- Update/endorse customer policies at their direction
- Handle billing inquiries, process customer payments
- Notify Agency Owner of dissatisfied customers and customers at risk of leaving
- Report claims via a warm transfer phone call to claim line
- Assist in training other employees
- Review new business log weekly with Agency Owner
- Write new business applications using checklist and upload corresponding t-docs
- Cross-sell existing customers
- Follow up on pending endorsements and applications daily
- Handle additional duties as assigned or needed
- Other duties as assigned by agent
- Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
License Requirements
- FL 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance License required.
- Life (2-14 or 2-15, optional)
