Assistant Store Manager

Duties:
- Assists SM to oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Assist SM to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising store staff
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate inventory counts
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries
- Strong market knowledge to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and inventory management
- Highly organized with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
