Extremely busy auto dealership in Manahawkin has an immediate opening for a full time Parts Coordinator. Be part of an award-winning team that has been in business for over 50 years! Are you a mechanically minded automotive professional with strong negotiation, organization, management, and communication skills? We may have an opportunity for you! As a Parts Coordinator at Causeway Collision Center, you will be responsible for working with vendors and suppliers to order proper parts and supplies for the collision center. This includes researching and comparing prices, negotiating contracts and ensuring orders are accurate and timely. You will be responsible for inspecting and logging in all incoming parts as they arrive, verifying that the correct items have been received and entering them into our inventory system. Additional responsibilities include handling all returns and warranties for parts that are defective or not needed. This includes working with vendors and suppliers to obtain refunds or replacements.

Requirements

o CCC and Rome Experience - Preferred

o Basic Computer Skills - Preferred

o Strong communication skills - verbal and written

o Superior multi-tasking skills

o Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
