Executive Coordinator:

The Executive Coordinator for the Chief People Officer (CPO) and Chief Development Officer (CDO) is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to these key executives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The executive coordinator will serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and assisting with special projects as needed.

What You'll Do:

* Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CPO and CDO's calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

* Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications for the CPO and CDO, including screening emails, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries.

* Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and ensuring that all participants are informed and prepared for meetings.

* Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives led by the CPO and CDO, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.

* Document Management: Manage and maintain confidential documents, presentations, and reports for the CPO and CDO. Ensure that all documentation is organized and easily accessible.

* Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication and collaboration between the CPO, CDO, and other internal departments, as well as external partners and vendors.

* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the CPO and CDO, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and other ad hoc tasks as needed.

The Qualifications:

* Extremely organized and detail-oriented

* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

* Comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel

* Ambitious and intellectually curious: you love teaching yourself new things and you're naturally driven to be the best at what you do

* Successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

* Strong attention to detail, ensuring the high level of accuracy

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment

* Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details

* For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds

* Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively

* Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable

* Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
