• Maintain Car deal payables and receivables
• Reconcile car deal payables on a monthly basis
• Reconcile and pay county and state taxes
• Reconcile and pay policy refunds

• Maintain all job related schedules on a monthly basis
• Reconcile weekly open accounts
• Use your spare time handling detail work for department benefit.
• Do not leave your work area unattended.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information concerning company business.

• Previous experience with CDK preferred
• AR/AP experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be organized.
• Prior experience working in office setting.
• Exceptional computer skills.
