Schedule: Full Time
Salary: $60,000 - $66,000 annually - based on expierence

We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Re sident Care Coordinator/ LPN
Resident Care Coordinator Responsibilities include:
  • Supervise, develop, and schedule all resident care department staff providing day to day care of the residents according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensures proper orientation training of new/existing resident care department staff and ensure that completed documentation is reflective of this.
  • Serves as a team member in recruiting, screening, and interviewing of all resident care department staff.
  • Responsible for appropriate staffing levels needed to meet the needs of the facility and state guidelines, to including filling in for staff during unexpected shortages.
  • Administer medications as allowed per state specific and PSL guidelines when required.
Resident Care Coordinator Education & Experience:
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree with major course work in human services and one year of full-time work experience in a related field OR
  • Associates degree with major course work in human services and three years of full-time work experience in a related field OR
  • High school diploma or equivalency plus 5 years related experience
  • Licensed Practical Nurse with Memory Care/ Assisted Living expierence required
