Cayuga Counseling Services, Inc. is seeking Full-Time Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Case Manager to work with youth in Cayuga County. The position is responsible to provide Psychosocial Rehabilitation services designed to restore, rehabilitate and support a child's/youth's developmentally appropriate functioning as necessary for the integration of the child/youth as an active and productive member of their family and community with the goal of achieving minimal on-going professional intervention.

The position responsibilities include the following:

• Receive referral from licensed practitioner and initiate contact with identified client/family.
• Provide rehabilitative services identified on the treatment plan which may include social and interpersonal skills, daily living skills and community integration.
• Services are provided in a variety of community locations where the child/youth lives, works, attends school, engages in services and/or socializes.
• Provide services in a trauma informed, culturally and linguistically competent manner.
• Complete all documentation in a timely manner.
• Submit time sheet via payroll system in accordance with Agency regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates:

• Must be 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma, high school equivalency preferred, or a State Education Commencement Credential with a minimum of three years' experience working in children's mental health, addiction and/or foster care/human services OR a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in psychology, social work or in a related human services field.
• Qualified candidates must successfully pass all required background checks,
• have a valid NYS driver's license & reliable transportation,
• have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
