Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Multiple Subspecialties

Multiple Oregon Locations Available: Portland, Medford, Oregon City, Seaside, Milwaukie

Shift: Various Shifts Available (Day, Evening, Night)

Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will provide top-quality nursing care in one of the following subspecialties:

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient health status
• Develop and implement nursing care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Certification in specialty area preferred but not required (e.g., CCRN for ICU, CEN for ER, etc.)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in chosen subspecialty
• BLS/ACLS certification as required by subspecialty
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
